CLCM has an after-hours or emergency line which is for the sole purpose of reporting urgent Protective Service situations or serious immediate medical situations.
No crisis placements are available during weekend hours. Supports to maintain an individual in the community, in their current placement or removal from their placement should be reported to their assigned Service Coordinator (case manager) Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 p.m.
After hours or weekends, ask for the contact person on-call for urgent Protective Services or serious immediate medical incidents.
